My glass is full. Some people are a "glass half full" type of person. Some people are a "glass half empty" sort of person. I would say that glass is completely full…Half full of H2O and half full of O2.
Like fish who are not aware of the water, we so often overlook one of our most essential energy sources. We can survive for years without sun, days without water yet only moments without air. Take a moment to appreciate the abundance of air and how easily and automatically we transform that energy to vital life force.
